Return and Exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns for oversized items (e.g., Large Dog Mating Toy and similar large pet toys), as the processing costs for such returns are prohibitively high, akin to furniture products.Please carefully review product details before placing your order. If the item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photo/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery for after-sales assistance.
