When will my order ship?

Orders for standard products are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Times?

USA, AUS, CA: 6-8 business days
UK, EU: 5-7 business days

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

Our confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check there if you didn’t see it in your inbox.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to the following regions:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • European countries
  • Southeast Asian countries We are planning to expand to more countries and regions soon.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. We take great care in crafting each figurine and prefer not to compromise on quality by rushing the process.

My tracking number isn’t working! Is this a scam?

We are definitely not a scam! If your order has just been shipped, it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. Typically, it takes 3 to 4 days for valid tracking details to appear. If your tracking number is still not working after a few days, please try checking again later.

How do I return my order?
During the initial design phase, we will send you a draft via email for your approval, allowing you to make free revisions before production begins. Since these are custom products, returns are not accepted unless there is damage or quality issues.
