At humptoys, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If the customer has a valid reason and the product is not what it is supposed to be and no other mutual agreement is achieved other than the return of the item, the customer will need to return the item within 14 days of receipt of the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be estimated based on the merit of the request and the work consumed and then processed.The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Customer Responsibilities
Before placing your order, please ensure you carefully review the product’s size and functional specifications to avoid any issues or discrepancies with the product not meeting your expectations due to overlooked information.
If your item is damaged during shipping, we will send you a replacement at no additional charge.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
